Being islander’s by choice (IBC), we know how lucky we are to call this beautiful, historic sandbar our home! Our passion for starting Roam Galveston is our desire to invite people to see Galveston through our eyes. The Galveston we see continues to impress and surprise long after the first glance. No matter how many times we explore, we always find something new or experience something in a different way, different light, weather or even mood that makes it a new discovery all over again. Inevitably, every street in Galveston is one of our favorite streets and each is full of our favorite homes! We invite you to see Galveston in a whole new light, through Roam Galveston’s eyes.

Hey y’all! My name is Brett and along with my partner, Alexa, we are the eyes and voice behind Roam Galveston. What started as an avenue to express my passion for all things Galveston has morphed into a growing platform that I never expected. But hey, that’s Galveston! We are passionate about bringing our island’s history to life by capturing moments, researching the fascinating characters who built their lives between the waters and weaving their tales together to tell the story of the island. We invite you to leave the mainland behind and roam with us on a limitless, never-boring, sometimes tumultuous, altogether inspiring story, of all things Galveston, past and present, history, architecture, people and how the Oleander City seamlessly blends them all!
